Privacy Policy
This policy explains how VPNWine uses data when providing subscription services, maintaining the website, and handling account matters. Website analytics and communications carried over international routes are separate areas and are addressed separately below. Before using the service, please also read the Terms of Service.
Account and Order Data
You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. An email address is not a required field for registration, and providing one is not a condition for opening an account. Account authentication data is used to identify accounts, verify logins, and protect account actions. Do not include passwords or login credentials in support tickets.
To provide subscriptions and reconcile transactions, the service processes account identifiers, selected plans, order amounts, payment status, data usage, and refund records. Descriptions of issues and attachments submitted by users in support tickets are used to provide assistance. Please redact personal data unrelated to the issue from screenshots before submitting them.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling
VPNWine follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing history, request content, or communication contents, and it does not create a list linking users to the websites they access. Plan usage measurements are used to calculate remaining allowance and should not include specific destinations.
Temporary states needed to operate a connection are used only while the connection is being handled and are not retained as historical connection logs after it ends. Website login security records, order records, and support tickets are not browsing logs and are managed according to their respective purposes. If diagnostic information is needed for troubleshooting, its purpose and scope should be explained; users will not be asked to submit browsing history.
Analytics and Browser Storage
Website analytics help us understand referral sources, page readership, and feature usage. They may involve information such as page paths, visit times, and browser and device categories. Analytics are limited to website and user-panel interactions and are not used to analyze sites accessed over international routes. Analytics should not include passwords, subscription credentials, or payment credentials.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login sessions, save language preferences, and retain necessary interface choices. Login credentials may be stored in the current browser, so please log out after using a shared device. You can restrict cookies or clear site storage in your browser settings. After clearing storage, you may need to log in again, and related preferences may be reset.
Payment Processing and Data Sharing
The service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant third-party payment service or network. The service receives the transaction identifier, amount, and result needed to verify an order; users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in support tickets. Third parties handle payment data according to their applicable policies.
Data is used only to provide the service, maintain accounts, resolve disputes, and carry out necessary security management. When working with service partners, the information shared should be limited to what is needed for the relevant task. The service does not sell account data. When disclosure is legally required, the basis of the request should be verified and the scope of disclosure limited.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained while an account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order, refund, and support ticket records are retained as needed to reconcile transactions, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Analytics data is retained only as needed for its purpose. When that purpose is fulfilled and there is no further basis for retention, data should be deleted or irreversibly anonymized; no fixed retention period is promised across all data.
Users can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data, and specify the scope of the request. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Closing an account may affect subscription and order access. Records that must be retained by law or to resolve an outstanding dispute cannot be deleted along with the account; the reason should be explained and their subsequent use restricted.
Policy Updates and Questions
Changes to this policy will be published on this page, and the update date at the top will be revised. Material changes to processing purposes, data scope, or user rights should be announced on the website or in the panel. Where consent is legally required, it should be obtained separately and not replaced by a policy update.
If you have questions about data processing or believe your account data has been used incorrectly, contact us through a panel support ticket. Include the relevant page, circumstances, and a description of the issue. Do not submit passwords, complete subscription links, or sensitive data unrelated to the investigation.
